Purpose:

You are agreeing to serve as a hair model for a hands-on educational class led by Ashley, licensed cosmetology instructor and weave expert. The service you will receive is part of a professional training session.

Service Details:

• Service: Sewn-in weave install with leave out or closure (depending on class format)

• Hair: 3 bundles of raw hair provided as part of the class

• Style: You may request a style preference, but the final look will be based on class instruction needs.

Compensation:

• You will receive the install free of charge in exchange for your time and participation.

• You are not responsible for the cost of hair extensions, which are provided by the student as part of their class kit.

Photos & Media:

By signing this agreement, you give permission for your photo, video, and final hairstyle to be used for promotional, educational, or social media purposes by Beauty Bake and its affiliates.

Terms & Expectations:

• Please arrive with clean (pre treated), dry hair, free of braids, glue, or extensions.

Please make sure your hair is completely blown dry and detangled

• You must be available for the full duration of the service (approximately 4–6 hours).

• This is a learning environment; small delays or instructor corrections may occur.

• No guests allowed in the classroom during the session.

Release of Liability:

You understand this is a training class. While the service will be supervised by a licensed instructor, you release Beauty Bake, the student stylist, and the instructor from any liability related to the outcome of the service.
