Cancellation Policy
Policie for class 1. Payments & Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your seat. • Remaining balance is due in class. Credit card, Zelle If paying with Afterpay, Sezzle let us know as an invoice will be sent over after deposit has been paid. • Payment confirms your understanding and agreement with these policies. 2. Attendance • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may not be permitted to join. • No-shows or cancellations within 72 hours will forfeit all payments. 3. Model & Tools • Students are required to bring a live model with clean, detangled, blow-dried hair. • A supply list will be sent prior to class. Please come fully prepared to get hands-on. 4. Certification Requirements • Students must complete the entire session and demonstrate technique proficiency to earn their certificate. 5. Recording & Content Use • Photos are allowed with permission and proper credit to the educator. 6. Code of Conduct • This is a professional learning environment. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior will result in dismissal without refund. 7. Refund Policy • All payments are final. No refunds or transfers. Please ensure you’re committed before securing your spot.
