All orders start after 3 business days for processing
ALL Custom Wig orders are fulfilled within 15-21 business days after the date of purchase.
Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding all holidays & vacations
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE.
Due to the nature of this product being custom according to your desired look, sizing, and coloring, all wig sales are final.
If your custom wig does not meet your expectations, we encourage you to let us with in 24 hours so that we can advise you on the best course of action in order to remedy the situation. Please read the description and details of the items, including taking measurements and fit, before purchasing. If you have questions, just let us know and we’ll help you determine if the custom wig is right for you!
WE ARE not responsible for wrong wig sizes. taken by the client
If you need a revise of your wig a fee will be applied

All shipping is shipped thru USPS
$15.00 plus Priority (2-4 business days) Includes: Tracking, Insurance, Adult signature is required.
International: $50-$70 (8-10 business days) Includes: Tracking, Insurance, Adult signature Required.
Please note, this includes Bundles, Closures, Frontals, Clipins, Ponytails and Lashes.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges for bundles, closures, or frontals and lashes. Hair Extensions can not be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. for this reason all sales are final.
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, please contact us, at BEAUTYBAKEINFO@gmail.com . Cancellations are only accepted in the first 24 hours of the original purchase date.
Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items

LOST/STOLEN PACKGES

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for you lost or stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.
All packages come with a tracking number and must be signed.
If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS office
Once you receive your unit and you're unsatisfied we will do our best to accommodate you and fix the issue.
If you are unsatisfied or need any adjustments made to your unit, please reach out ASAP so we can assist the unit and make corrections.
Please understand that AGAIN, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES for customized orders AND NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS.
PLEASE NOTE; If you are unable to abide by our policies, will result in an automatic cancellation of ALL services from BeautyBake.

Beauty SPA WIG services are for All wigs created at Beauty Bake
Beauty Spa services are booked via online or by text (425)272-5142 to our business line for all wigs to be dropped off or picked up.
An invoice will be sent to the email on file, all Beauty Spa wigs will be ready for pickup with regular maintenance in 7-15 business days
Lace replacement services & add on color services are available & will be discussed at time of drop off
Any wig from Beauty Spa that has an unpaid invoice for 30 day will be charged a storage fee of $75.
Any wig with a unpaid invoice after 45 days is considered an abandon wig.
A text or email will be sent letting you know your unit is ready for pickup
If you would like us to ship you unit, please let us know and a shipping fee will be added to your invoice
