Custom Wig Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders begin 3 business days after payment clears.

  • Turnaround: Custom wigs are completed in 15–21 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays/vacations).

  • No Returns or Exchanges: All wig sales are final.

  • Deposits: Non-refundable & non-transferable.

  • Custom Orders: Wigs are made to your desired look, size, and color. Please review descriptions, sizing, and details carefully before purchasing. We are not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the client.

  • Adjustments: If revisions are needed, an additional fee will apply.

  • Concerns: Notify us within 24 hours of receipt if your wig does not meet expectations, and we will advise on next steps.

  • Privacy: Your personal information is never shared.

Shipping Policy

  • Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS.

  • Domestic Shipping: Flat rate $22 Priority (2–4 business days). Includes tracking, insurance, and adult signature required.

  • International Shipping: $50–$70 (8–10 business days). Includes tracking, insurance, and adult signature required.

  • Eligible Items: Bundles, closures, frontals, clip-ins, ponytails, and lashes.

Sales & Service Policy

  • All Sales Final: No refunds or exchanges on wigs, bundles, closures and frontals.

  • Cancellations: Allowed within 24 hours of purchase (email: beautybakeinfo@gmail.com).

  • Wrong Items: Returns only accepted if incorrect product is received.

  • Lost/Stolen Packages: Not responsible; all orders ship with tracking & signature required.

  • Custom Wigs: Contact us within 24 hours if adjustments are needed (fees may apply). Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Beauty Spa Services: For Beauty Bake wigs only. Maintenance: 7–15 business days; lace/color add-ons: 10–21 business days.

  • Invoices: Must be paid before pickup. After 30 days = $75 storage fee; after 45 days = abandoned wig.

  • Communication: You’ll be notified by text or email when your unit is ready. Shipping available (additional fee).

Right to Refuse Service Policy

Beauty Bake reserves the right to refuse service to any client under the following circumstances:

  • Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other clients.

  • Failure to follow policies regarding deposits, payments, appointments, or communication.

  • Unsanitary conditions (e.g., arriving with lice or scalp disorders not disclosed).

  • Health and safety concerns that may put the client, staff, or other clients at risk.

  • Repeated no-shows, late arrivals, or last-minute cancellations.​

We value respect, professionalism, and clear communication. Clients who cannot abide by these standards may be refused service or have future appointments canceled.

Salon Service Policy

  • Appointments: Please arrive on time and at your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling. No extra guests or children unless being serviced.

  • Payments: Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable. Remaining balances are due the day of service. Please have payment ready — no IOUs.

  • Cancellations: Must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance. No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

  • Health & Safety: If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule and notify us. For sanitary reasons, all services and sales are final.

  • Etiquette: Please arrive presentable and camera-ready. We ask that all clients be kind and respectful. Beauty Bake reserves the right to refuse service for policy violations or inappropriate behavior.
